About Dr. Joseph Wilbanks, DDS Dr. Joe Wilbanks has been practicing dentistry in Toccoa, Georgia for the past 30 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Auburn University in 1970 and graduated from Emory University dental school in 1973. He believes in continual growth and learning and has post-graduate training in Cosmetic dentistry, Implant dentistry, and Restorative dentistry. He is a graduate of the Misch Implant Institute and is a Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantolgy and an associate fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentists. He is a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists, the American Orthodontic Society, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, State of Georgia certification for conscious Intavenous Sedation, the American Dental Association, and the Georgia Dental Association. He is also a member of the FAGD. Dr. Wilbanks and his staff are committed to providing excellence in every way.
